At the beginning of 2026, the University of Poitiers will have the pleasure of welcoming Professor Maki Kobayashi (Professor of Law at Aichi University of Nagoya, Japan), as a Visiting Professor. 

On 25 February 2026, Professor Maki Kobayashi, a specialist in Health Law and Bioethics, will deliver a lecture on « The Challenges of End-of-Life Law in Japan » at the Faculty of Law and Social Sciences of the University of Poitiers.
