The Legal and Social Consequences of Ageing: A Franco-Japanese Comparative Approach

As a result of a Hubert Curien programme selected by the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs, which brought together two research teams from France and Japan for a symposium in Poitiers in March 2018 and another at the University of Tokyo in September 2019), this volume offers the first assessment – under the banner of NihonEuropA – of the legal and social consequences of ageing in both countries.
