Autumn 2022 : International symposium on comparative perspectives in constitutional and business law in France and Japan

This symposium aimed, on one hand, to reflect on major constitutional issues (the relationship between religion and public authorities, the state of health emergency, democracy, the people and regional languages) and, on the other hand, on challenges in business law (JEFTA, litigation related to measures during Covid-19).
