Four members of the Nihon EuropA network will take part, from 21 to 23 February 2023, in the Franco-Japanese seminar held in Tokyo on « The Rule of Law in the Face of Radically Changing Society », with contributions at Meiji and Rissho Universities. This conference is organised by the French Seminar of Public Law in partnership with the Japan Section of the French Society of Comparative Legislation.
